 | | | | "Is Sustainability Good Business" Seminar Series Concludes MondayProfessors Mark Pagell and Roger Graham, OSU, and Michael Russo, University of Oregon, will wrap up the "Is Sustainability Good Business" seminar series on Monday, May 17, from 6-7:20 p.m. in Milam Auditorium on the OSU campus. Pagell and Russo will examine the outcomes from the speaker series and Graham will provide closing remarks.
The seminar is the final installment of the 2004 Emerging Topics in Business seminar series focused on "Is Sustainability Good Business." The series, occuring every Monday evening through May 17, focuses on the relationship between business and sustainability. The final session will:
- Examine the environmental, economic, social and ethical dimensions of sustainability;
- Explore sustainability in different industries and its impact on the Oregon and US economy; and
- Assess successes and failures in implementing sustainable business practices.
The series is free and open to the public. |
